Our Medical Infusion Service provides prescription-only IV treatments for people with medical conditions.

Medical infusions are provided under established clinical guidelines and medical oversight, following an appropriate clinical assessment. Treatment can be administered following referral from your GP or specialist, or in some cases following under a prescription from our in-house doctor.

Examples of medical infusions include:

• Iron (Ferinject) 
• Zoledronic acid (Aclasta)
• Intravenous fluids
• Supportive IV therapies for people with cancer 
• Infusions for complex regional pain syndrome such as Pamidronate 

Our goal is to make accessing prescribed IV infusions easier to access for those who are unable to travel to a clinic or would prefer to receive treatment in the comfort of their own home. 

Our Wellness Infusions are elective IV therapies designed to support hydration and nutrient delivery using selected vitamins and minerals.

Some people choose to receive vitamin and mineral infusions during periods when maintaining adequate nutrition or hydration is more challenging, such as:

Wellness infusions can be administered following referral from your integrative medicine doctor or specialist. In some cases, infusions can be administered under a prescription from our in-house doctor.

We believe in providing balanced information about wellness infusions. The scientific evidence for IV vitamin therapy is strongest when treating confirmed deficiencies. Outside these situations, the research base is very limited and individual responses vary. Some people report noticeable benefits, while others experience little or no change. For this reason, we focus on consent and informed decision making.

Wellness infusions are intended to complement—not replace—good nutrition, exercise, and sleep. Wellness infusions are also not a replacement for

conventional medical treatment.
